These Terms of Service govern all orders and commercial transactions between Mariano Languages (the trading name of Mariano Brotons Hurtado — Entrepreneur Individuel) and its clients. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services
Mariano Languages provides the following professional B2B services, registered under APE code 7430Z:
- Document Translation — professional translation of business, technical and official documents between English, French, German and Spanish
- Proofreading & Correction — correction of grammar, spelling, punctuation and language consistency in existing texts
- Technical Text Review — linguistic review and optimisation of technical or institutional documents
- Document Linguistic Adaptation — reformulation of existing documents for a different target language market
- Full Language Services Package — combined translation, proofreading and linguistic review for larger projects
All services are delivered exclusively as digital documents transmitted by email. No physical goods are produced or shipped.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when the client completes an order via the website checkout and the order is confirmed by email. Mariano Languages reserves the right to decline any order that falls outside the registered scope of activity.

Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). If a deadline cannot be met, the client is notified in advance.
5. Pricing, Invoicing and Payment
5.1 PRICING
All prices are stated in euros (EUR, €). TVA non applicable — Article 293 B du Code Général des Impôts.
5.2 INVOICING AND PAYMENT
An invoice is issued upon delivery of the completed work. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account details stated on the invoice. No advance payment is required.
5.3 LATE PAYMENT
In the event of non-payment after the 14-day payment period, Mariano Languages reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable French commercial law (Article L.441-10 of the Code de commerce).
6. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds
Mariano Languages offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If delivered work does not meet the agreed brief, a full refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery by contacting info@marianolanguages.online. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Revisions
One round of revisions is included with every service, requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Additional revisions are quoted separately.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables. The client warrants that all source materials provided are owned by or licensed to the client.
9. Confidentiality
All client documents and business information are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for delivering the agreed service. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for three years.
10. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project. Mariano Languages is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
