Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). If a deadline cannot be met, the client is notified in advance with a revised delivery date.

4. Delivery Method

All completed work is delivered by email to the address provided at the time of the order, as a PDF or editable document as agreed. No physical documents are posted or couriered.
