This Delivery Policy explains how Mariano Languages fulfils orders for translation, proofreading and linguistic services. All services are delivered exclusively as digital documents. No physical goods are produced or shipped.

2. How Orders Work
- The client places an order via the website or by email
- Mariano Languages confirms receipt and delivery date within 1 business day
- Work commences upon order confirmation — no advance payment required
- The completed document is delivered by email within the confirmed timeframe
- An invoice is issued upon delivery, payable within 14 calendar days by bank transfer
3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). If a deadline cannot be met, the client is notified in advance with a revised delivery date.
4. Delivery Method
All completed work is delivered by email to the address provided at the time of the order, as a PDF or editable document as agreed. No physical documents are posted or couriered.
5. Invoice Details
Every invoice includes:
- Full business details (name, SIREN, SIRET, APE, registered address)
- Description of services delivered
- Agreed fee in euros
- Bank transfer details
- Payment due date (14 calendar days from invoice date)
- VAT status: TVA non applicable — art. 293 B CGI
6. Non-Receipt
If you have not received your completed document within the agreed timeframe, please check your spam folder and then contact info@marianolanguages.online. We will resolve any delivery issue within 1 business day.
7. Geographic Availability
Services are available to business clients worldwide, subject to applicable EU and UN sanctions and trade restrictions.
